In the heart of the Lake District, Church Beck flows from the copper mines valley and through the picturesque town of Coniston.

Expect to find deep water, rock scrambling and plunge pool jumping in the lower ghyll.  For those more adventurous, and based on group ability and confidence, we explore the upper canyon where we'll find waterfalls, large jumps and rock slides into moving water!
