The Fastest growing paddlesport in the world!

Come and join us on our brand new fleet of Paddleboards for the 2024 Season and explore the Lake Districts waterways in the best way possible.  Stand up paddleboarding (or sit down paddleboarding depending on your style) is by far the fastest growing paddlesport in the world right now... and for good reason.  Paddlebarding can be whatever you want it to be.  Do you want a relaxing paddle experience, where you can absorb the beauty of your surroundings...check.  Are you a thrill seeker that wants to learn tricks, step turns and other photo worthy manoeuvres...check.  Do you want to journey in style and traverse the full lengths of some of England's longest lakes...check.  Are you a first timer, nervous about getting into paddlesports for the first time...check.

Paddleboarding is by far the most accessible way of getting onto the water for those who are nervous.

Our Fleet

TwoBareFeet Entradia 11'6 Touring Inflatable board.

Our Fleet of brand new, and industry leading, Two Bare Feet paddleboards are the ideal craft to take you on your adventure.

Why did we choose these boards?  A lot of brands market 'beginner boards' but all this really means is that they are a little wider at the front and have a smaller 'rocker'.  This can sometimes make your first steps on a board a little easier for some, but makes the rest of your time harder as they are less manoeuvrable and they're slower (or rather you have to work harder).  The Entradia touring, thanks to its high volume and clever design is extremely stable ( even compared to other 'beginner boards) but moves through the water significantly more easily than any dedicated 'beginner' board.  This means you do better, see more and most importantly enjoy yourself more!

Why not buy a £150 paddleboard from Aldi?

To be honest the easiest way to answer this question is to invite you to come along and see what it feels like to paddle a quality board.  Cheap boards don't last, they don't feel rigid (which makes life very hard work) and they are only ever single skinned (this means the slightest nick in the outer and your inflatable board deflates...bad news).  All our boards are double walled, made of much more robust material, with incredible amounts of technology resulting in a very rigid, safe and long lasting board!

Wetsuits are not mandatory, but are provided within the price of your session (we never have any hidden costs).

Now we know that for some people, simply the idea of peeling themselves into a wetsuit is anxiety inducing, and as such we have thought long and hard about how to make this aspect of your adventure as simple, easy and versatile as possible...

We have a combination of Long Jon (sleeveless) wetsuits for ease of changing as well as comfortable 3mm neoprene jackets.  What this means is that if you're worried about getting a little chilly, but don't want to be stuffed into a wetsuit all day then you can simply wear the neoprene jacket.  If its chilly, but not cold maybe just a long Jon. Or if like me you simply don't abide being cold then a combination of the two will be much more comfortable and warm than any regular full length wetsuit and easier to get on and off as well!
